Easy to use, can replace paper charting for FAM/NFP. Recommend to anyone starting charting or anyone who has done it for a while.

I dont use the app that long, so I cant really say much. But I like the structure and hope it does what it says ;)

I love this app. I got pregnant the first month using it. It helped me learn my body, especially the cervical mucus. My chart was off because I was using the wrong thermometer it turns out but CM doesnt lie. My husband and I always made sure I had an orgasm and stayed on my back for a few minutes. We also tried to have lots of fun trying! No stress. I will use this again!

Great app, it ist so easy to use.

This app it has taught me so much about my body and cycle, including things that I thought were problems that are actually normal. Doctors have been significantly less help than this app. I successfully avoided pregnancy for nearly a year, and now I am looking to get pregnant. This app will help me with both. My only complaints are that it is slow and does not have very many options to visually track for things like cramps, moods, and dietary differences. It could use a visual do over, but the concept is sound. I recommend it often.

This app was good until I updated it. Now it consistently prompts me to rate it! It is very annoying!

This app was exactly what I was looking for! No more tracking with pen and paper. And love the custom tracking so I could add a check mark for each day I exercised too.

Kindara is an easy to use alternative to classic manual charting. It helps you to understand your Body and your firtility and gives you the control over pregnancy without hormones. Symptomal pregnancy control needs a bit of practice and discipline but it will change the way you feel about you as a woman.

This app is really so great! It was just what I was looking for. What I like is that even if you are totally new to FAM, it has all the info within the app to educate you. You dont really need to research anywhere else. And if you ask a question or post your cycles, you receive feedback from others who use it and have much more experience. So you learn more in that way to. Thanks for making a free app that actually works so well and greatly serves its purpose!!!

I love how simple it is to keep track of my cycles.
